Question #3 (importance of the nile river)

How do natural features such as rivers, lakes and mountains help unite people or keep them isolated from each other?

The natural environment made every transportation hard to human. The mountains block humans to get to the other side and they complicated transportation. For example, the sea block because you need to cross it and it takes a long time. In the old times, it took months or  years to cross whatever sea was there. Nowadays it is easy because we have airplanes which are fast. The Egyptians used the Nile river as a highway. They used it to get to other places like Sudan and others. The Nile was very useful for them.

This is a poster that me and some other 2 classmates made. We needed to research on the Hittites. My job was to research (art, food, physical geography and other stuff) and then we had to present it. We needed to include visuals and info.
